Upon arrival, please confirm your booking with a staff member. They will be happy to show you to your table. You can view our exclusive set menus on your phone. If you have selected a food deal, such as 2-for-1 or a discount on the food bill, you will receive the regular menu at the business. However, this may also be available to view on our website

Finding your booking is easy! Simply go on to the menu area, then select “My Bookings,” and you’ll be able to view your bookings

If you decide that you would like to cancel or modify your booking, go onto “My Bookings” in the menu area and you can cancel your booking. 

Because our exclusive deals are on a first come basis. If you would like to change the time of your booking you would need to create a new booking for that time slot and cancel your previous booking.

Canceling your subscription is a simple. Just head to your account’s subscription page, hit Manage Subscription, and you’ll be able to cancel, renew, update your payment details, or check your invoices.

If you cancel before the end of your monthly cycle, you’ll still have full access to our deals until the last billing date. After that, it’ll automatically cancel, so don’t worry about being charged.
